Spirit Yoga is situated in Rishikesh, a small city at the foothills of Himalaya known as “the capital of yoga centers”.
We are starting our new project of Hatha yoga Teacher Training Courses in Rishikesh which consist of five main courses: Kriya yoga, Inner Manthan Meditation course , 100Hours , 200 Hours and 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course.

The Foundation is a non government organization (NGO) that believes in restoring global community through inspiration and individual.
Yoga Certificate Courses conducted by Our Yoga School is recognized by Yoga Alliance.
