This position is for a full-time salesperson for telephone & online sales. This is a great opportunity for you if you're out of school for the summer and looking to make some quick cash, but it's also a terrific chance for you to move into a permanent position if you're the right fit with our young, unconventional and rapidly growing team. You’ll need the following:
Communication & sales skills (of course)
Working knowledge of email, Internet and computer navigation
Ability to do online research
Comfort level with Excel or other database software
A good command of English, both spoken and written
Your own laptop (Mac or PC)
Experience:
1-2 years in a professional environment
A plus:
Any experience with personal or business-to-business sales 
Post-secondary students in a business or related degree or certificate program (especially if you're involved in extracurricular student groups)
How will you be spending your days?
You will be contacting U.S. radio stations to sell them books on how to make their businesses better. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (hours are Eastern DST) in a relaxed office environment. Position is commission-based, so longer hours to close sales are a possibility. 
Expected pay:
This position is fully commission-based but you can expect $3,000-$6,000 per month based on your performance. If you're making less than $3,000 per month, you're probably doing something wrong. 
Start date: 
The project starts April 9 and will last approximately 3 months, but we can accommodate, if needed, university students with final exams, who may need to start a bit later. Training can be done on weekends, to accommodate your schedule.
