All accounting work of the branch of
Bank reconciliation statements
Handling petty cash
Filing of e-TDS Quarterly returns and handling the assessment/queries raised by IT department
Providing data, vouchers, daybooks and other documents to facilitate quarterly internal audit of branch operations
Replying to queries raised by Internal auditors within the stipulated time (quarterly activity
Follow up work on pending audit points/queries
Payment collection, Customer visit & C Form collection
• Customer Reconciliation and personal visits with Clients for payment collection and C form
