Definition & Nature of the Work

1) Ability to create and deliver elegant usable Visual User Interfaces
2) Deliver mock-ups as needed in a time frame that meets project goals.
3) Should be an expert in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Corel Draw.
4) Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-Interface
5) Understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the translation between code and graphic design.
6) Ability to solve interface issues via design and not just come up with pretty pictures.
7) Lead projects, coordinate with other teams
8) Worked with a Web Portal will be an added advantage.


Education and Skills

1 ) 5 years minimum experience in Visual design (web and mobile applications.).
2 ) BFA ( Bachelor Of Fine Arts ) from any reputed Fine Arts college is the academic background we are looking for.
3 ) Should be an expert in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator, Corel Draw.
4 ) Expert in creating illustrations in different styles.


Personal Qualities :-

1 ) Be highly creative and have a good eye for detail.
2 ) Be highly motivated and well organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3 ) Work well as part of a team , with a range of creative & sensitive people
5 ) Have a thorough understanding of photography , typography and printing techniques.
